Salesforge didn’t start like most companies. We had paying users and real revenue before we even built our first product. That’s because we didn’t build in a vacuum - we built based on pain we knew firsthand.
Frank Bacon, our CEO, spent years as a VP of Sales, building and scaling outbound teams from scratch. Frustrated by the fragmentation and inefficiency of the tools on the market, he knew there had to be a better way - one built from the ground up for modern sales orgs.
In early 2023, through Y Combinator’s founder matching platform, Frank met Dovydas and Daniel. The three brought complementary expertise in sales, engineering, and product, and hit the ground running with a shared vision: to build a suite of tools that actually solve the problems sales teams face every day.
It may have been an arranged marriage, but our Founders are a match made in heaven!
Frank is a sales leader turned founder with deep expertise in outbound strategy, team building, and revenue operations. As a former VP of Sales, he scaled teams from zero to hundreds of meetings per month and experienced firsthand the limitations of traditional sales tools. At Salesforge, he leads the company’s vision and go-to-market strategy, bringing a practical, expert approach to building tools that solve real problems for modern sales teams.
Dovydas is a serial entrepreneur and product leader with a sharp eye for turning technical complexity into seamless user experiences. As former CTO of Onectus and founder of multiple startups, he brings deep product and UX thinking to the table. At Salesforge, he leads product development and drives the evolution of the Forge Ecosystem - from infrastructure to automation.
Daniel is a technical founder with over a decade of experience building and scaling SaaS platforms. He’s led engineering teams at startups and enterprises alike. As CTO of Salesforge, he oversees architecture, system design, and everything under the hood - ensuring the platform is as fast, scalable, and secure as outbound teams need it to be.
